ABOUT

RAD Communications provides executive level services in international development, business development, government/community relations, strategic communications, and political consulting.

Richard Dickerson is the head of RAD Communications. Dickerson was among the earliest students to be integrated at Johnson Elementary School in Charlottesville, Virginia in the 1960s, a formative experience that led to success and resiliency later in life.

Dickerson went on to serve as a senior Clinton administration official including deputy assistant secretary of the Department of Energy and director of the mayor’s desk at the EPA. Dickerson has held leadership roles on numerous political campaigns and was a senior staffer of the 1996 Olympic Committee.

Dickerson’s international consulting experience includes senior director of strategic communications for USAID in Afghanistan, work in the United Arab Emirates, and business development in Mexico City and Lithuania.
